Its a great time to ask questions and get to know one another and the process. This initial meeting allows you to be a more informed partner in the home buying process, and all before you've ever signed a contract with me. After that, we work together as a team to get you through home inspections, negotiations, mortgage approval and title work and make sure the house you fell in love with makes financial and practical sense.
